Okay so today there was a bomb scare at the local Wells Fargo which turned out to be fine. Later on there was an actual bomb that went off at the other local bank, West Coast. Two people died and two were injured. This happened between 5:30-6 pm. They said the bank had been evacuated prior to it going off, but now it looks as if two people were still in the bank working. Looks like the State Police and FBI were there at the scene. They definitely had all the local roads close by closed off. I went to get on the freeway this evening at 10:30 and all of the roads were blocked. It took me forever to get a way on to the freeway and I had to come home a different way using the Hubbard back roads.
I believe they had most of the area blocked off for 2-3 days and the freeway was hard to get on for 1 1/2 days.
To me this is just crazy! In Woodburn?!! Seems so out of place to me, but you just never know do you?
