Grocery Helper

Today I decided to take Peyton, Hailey and Savannah grocery shopping. I thought I had plenty of time to do a big shop before dropping off Peyton and picking up Dave. The kids did pretty decent for the most part. Although the girls thought they could get away with buying more junk then we have been allowing for the last year. We get to the pasta section and I said: What do you think? Should we get mac-n-cheese? Peyton throws his arms over his head and sends off a cheerful: YEAH! lol So funny!! The girls and I just bust up laughing. By the time we make it to the meat section they all have had it. Oh and the famous: I HAVE TO GO TO THE BATHROOM! came out of Savannah's mouth of course. So I made her wait until we checked out. I didn't realize I had so many groceries. I needed for the first time EVER 2 carts. The family behind me saw an empty one and grabbed it for me. After checking out we get Savannah to the bathroom. While waiting on her the son from the family behind me asked if I needed help. Now I was parked on the opposite side where the bathrooms were. This other family was parked closer to the bathroom side. I told him it was okay my daughter could do it. He said it was no problem, so I took him up on the offer. He went to push Hailey's cart and she screamed. LOL So I said: Ummm I got that one. HAHA! He pushed the other two children and away we went. We got to the car and he offered more help but I said I was used to it and thank you very much I really appreciated his help.

So there are still some nice people left in the world willing to help others, especially a mother with her hands full. Thank you to this family and there son. Thank you to the family who raised there son with respect and manners and a willing hand!
