Exercise

I started on a new form of exercising. I was faithful for 2 weeks taking 3 days off, but last week I was "under the weather" a bit and ditched working out for the week. I am excited to get back on track. I lost 4 lbs already. If that isn't motivation enough, I don't know what is. I finally have some energy and stamina to get back with exercising after what, 5 months? Something like that.

I have decided to ditch the work out centers and do it from home. Plus I needed to save some money. :o) So, I used some birthday money from Dave's grandparents and ordered the Slim in 6 videos. Talk about easy simple moves, if I had thought about it I could have made this video. lol Anyway, easy butt kicking exercises. I love this! It's the first time I have woken up and couldn't wait to work out. I have like 3 other types of work outs and none of these have motivated me in that way. I know I won't get Slim in 6 weeks but that's okay, I just want to work out and lose SOMETHING! :o) Plus, I opted to NOT get the slimming formula. It had green tea in it. No thanks! I will keep you all posted on my new adventure.
